Hair by Nichole's Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me, it is reserved especially for you. Sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore Hair by Nichole respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the chance to receive services. Appointment reminders are sent out 72 hours in advanced and again 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply to your next appointment.
The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform other clients of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Hair by Nichole's policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for established and future clientele. Thank you for supporting the policy criteria.
